fa ارتقای برنامه "بهبود تغذیه زنان روستایی و عشایر 1400-1397" در مناطق روستایی ایران" بر اساس یک مطالعه تحلیل و ارزشیابی Recommendations And Suggestions To Improve The Implementation Of Program Entitled: “Improving Nutrition Of Rural And Tribal Women” In Iran, Based On An Analysis And Evaluation Study تغذيه nutrition خلاصه سیاستی Brief Policy مقدمه و هدف: این خلاصه سیاستی با هدف ارائه یک تصویر کلی از وضعیت اجرای برنامه "بهبود تغذیه زنان روستایی و عشایر 1400-1397" در مناطق روستایی ایران، ملاحظات و نیز پیشنهادات سیاستی برای ارتقای برنامه تهیه شده است. مواد و روش ها: خلاصه سیاستی حاضر، از مطالعه ای با هدف تحلیل و ارزشیابی برنامه استخراج شد. این مطالعه بصورت ترکیبی (روش های کمی و کیفی) در استان تهران انجام شد. جامعۀ هدف مطالعه، شامل سیاست گذاران، مجریان برنامه و زنان روستایی بود. داده های بخش کیفی بصورت مرور مستندات برنامه، مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته و بحث گروهی متمرکز با گروه هدف جمع آوری شد. داده های بخش کمی نیز از طریق یک مطالعه مقطعی در مناطق روستایی استان تهران گردآوری شد. سپس داده ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج مطالعات حاصل از تحلیل و ارزشیابی برنامه، وجود نقاط ضعفی در طراحی و اجرای برنامه، به همراه برخی موانع زمینه‌ای در روستاها، مانع از دستیابی برنامۀ مذکور به اهداف مورد انتظار شده است. یکی از مهمترین نقاط ضعف شناسایی شده در برنامه، در نظر نگرفتن اعتبار مالی مشخص بود که چالش‌هایی را در تامین منابع و امکانات برای اجرای برنامه ایجاد می‌کرد.  بر اساس توصیه های سیاستی، برنامه نیازمند ملاحظاتی در زمینه‌های نیازسنجی، منابع و امکانات، همکاری‌های بین‌بخشی، پایداری و گسترش، پایش و ارزشیابی برنامه می باشد. نتیجه گیری:  ملاحظات و پیشنهادات ارائه شده در این خلاصه سیاستی می‌تواند به عنوان شواهدی برای سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان در بهبود طراحی و اجرای برنامه مذکور مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. <h2 style="margin-top:8px; text-align:justify">Introduction and Objective: This policy brief was prepared with the aim of providing an overview of the implementation status of the “Improving Nutrition of Rural and tribal Women in 2018-2021” program in rural areas of Iran”, along with key considerations and policy recommendations for strengthening the program.</h2> <h2 style="margin-top:8px; text-align:justify">Materials and Methods: The present policy brief was derived from a study conducted to analyze and evaluate the program. This study was carried out in Tehran Province using a mixed-methods approach (quantitative and qualitative). The target population included policymakers, program implementers, and rural women. Qualitative data were collected through program document review, semi-structured in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions with the target groups. Quantitative data were also gathered through a cross-sectional study conducted in rural areas of Tehran Province. The data were then subjected to statistical analysis.</h2> <h2 style="margin-top:8px; text-align:justify">Results: Based on the results obtained from the analysis and evaluation of the program, weaknesses in the program’s design and implementation, together with certain contextual barriers in rural areas, hindered the program from achieving its intended objectives. One of the most important weaknesses identified in the program was the lack of a designated financial budget, which created challenges in providing the resources and facilities required for implementation.
