The Halal food standard and its ethical and jurisprudence requirements

Importance of Halal food is not wearing any Muslim. Today, with expanding trade, the commitment to free trade requirements, and production and mass consumption of food additives of animal origin, survey and supervision of Halal raw materials and food products, more is needed. So considering the religious component as qualitative criterion of national standards for food products, in addition to supply legal, national and economic interest, clean food culture and ethics in international development leads. Due to major differences in the various Islamic religion schooles of jurisprudence comments about some of Halal authentication food products, discuss Halal food standards compiling is faced with different views. This article, an overview of various religion schooles and religious views on Halal authentication food, Halal food national standards and Halal food standards of Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) examined.
