مقایسه الگوی غذایی بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات طیف دوقطبی و افراد سالم: مطالعه مورد-شاهدی

سابقه و هدف: در سال­های اخیر بر اساس رویکرد زیستی-روانی-اجتماعی، تحقیقات مختلفی در زمینه الگوهای غذایی و سایر رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامتی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روان­پزشکی انجام شده است. با توجه به اهمیت بالای تغذیه در سلامت عمومی افراد، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی الگوهای غذایی غالب در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات طیف دوقطبی صورت گرفت.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مقطعی و مورد-شاهدی تعداد 90 نفر از بیماران مراجعه­کننده به بیمارستان نکویی-هدایتی شهر قم با تشخیص اختلال دوقطبی و 90 نفر از افراد سالم به صورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند. هر دو گروه با استفاده از پرسشنامه بسامد خوراک و دموگرافیک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها  از تحلیل عاملی و تی مستقل استفاده شد.
یافتهها: تحلیل عاملی سه الگوی غذایی غالب را مشخص نمود: 1) الگوی غذایی غربی  2)الگوی غذایی سالم  و 3)الگوی غذایی سنتی. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که افراد مبتلا به اختلالات طیف دوقطبی نسبت به گروه سالم، بیشتر از الگوهای غذایی غربی و سنتی پیروی می­کنند
(000/0= P).

نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته­ها، الگوهای غذایی سنتی و غربی، الگوهای غالب در میان بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی بود. از آنجایی که عادات غذایی ممکن است نقش عمده­ای در مشکلات مربوط به سلامتی این بیماران داشته باشند، پیشنهاد می­شود مطالعات طولی بیشتری در زمینه تعامل تغذیه- سلامتی در این بیماران صورت بگیرد.
