fa اثرات پروبیوتیک‌ها بر روند افزایش وزن و عملکرد سیستم ایمنی در زنان مبتلا به چاقی تغذيه nutrition مروري Review چاقی مشکلی بوده که عمدتاً با تغییرات متابولیکی و سیستم ایمنی همراه می‌باشد. مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیکی بسیاری در انسان و حیوان نشان داده است که چاقی با اختلالات بسیاری در سیستم ایمنی به خصوص در زنان همراه است. در طول قرن گذشته این نتیجه حاصل شده است که لاکتوباسیلوس‌ها و دیگر پروبیوتیک‌ها به همراه سایر میکروارگانیسم‌های روده‌ای در حال تعامل با سیستم ایمنی موکوس اطراف دستگاه گوارش بوده و در بلوغ و عملکرد این سلول‌ها نقش به سزایی ایفا می‌کنند. میکروب‌های دستگاه گوارش انسان، خود اکوسیستمی پیچیده مشتمل بر 500-300 گونه باکتریایی و به عبارتی 2 میلیون ژن می‌باشد.گفتنی است که تعداد این باکتری‌ها 10 برابر تعداد سلول‌های بدن انسان است. در بدو تولد دستگاه گوارش انسان کاملا استریل بوده، لذا این باکتری‌ها با اولین تغذیه، وارد دستگاه گوارش می‌شوند. جمعیت باکتریایی افراد سالم با افراد چاق متفاوت می‌باشد. پروبیوتیک‌ها، پری‌بیوتیک‌ها و سین‌بیوتیک‌ها عواملی بوده که سبب ایجاد تعادل در جمعیت باکتریایی روده هم در شرایط سلامتی و هم بیماری شده لذا می‌توانند سبب پیشگیری از بیماری‌های متابولیکی در افراد چاق شوند. واژگان کلیدی: پروبیوتیک، چاقی، سیستم ایمنی، فلور میکروبی روده، زنان Obesity accompanies various metabolic and immunologic changes. Over the past decade it has become clear that lactobacilli and other probiotic and commensal organisms can interact with mucosal immune cells or epithelial cells lining the mucosa to modulate specific functions of the mucosal immune system.The human gastrointestinal microbiota is a complex ecosystem of approximately 300–500 bacterial species comprising nearly two million genes (the “microbiome”). Indeed, the number of bacteria within the gut is about 10 times that of all of the cells in the human body. At birth, the entire intestinal tract is sterile bacteria enter the gut with the first feed. Gut microbiota composition can be different between healthy and obese persons. prebiotics, probiotics, and synbiotics are the instruments that modulate the intestinal bacteria in man both in health and pathologic conditions with promising preliminary results on prevention and therapy of obesity and related metabolic diseases.
