fa بررسی تأثیر شبکه اجتماعی گروه همسالان بر تغذیه و سلامت دهان در دانش‌آموزان ۹ و ۱۲ ساله مدارس غیر انتفاعی شهر قزوین Investigation of the Effects of Peer Group Social Network on Nutrition and Oral Health in 9 and 12-year-old Students in Private Schools in Qazvin, Iran تغذيه nutrition پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: امروزه بیماری‌های دهان و چاقی کودکان، دو چالش اساسی سلامت در قرن بیست و یکم است. اگرچه برای حل مشکلات سلامت جامعه، بسیاری از محققان به شبکه اجتماعی همسالان توجه کرده‌اند، اما یافته‌ها در مورد میزان تأثیرگذاری این شبکه در سلامت دهان و چاقی کودکان اندک است. این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیر شبکه اجتماعی همسالان بر سلامت دهان و چاقی در کودکان دوره ابتدایی می‌پردازد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی با روش  نمونه‌گیری آسان، ارتباط شاخص های سلامت دهان و چاقی دانش آموزان دبستانی شهر قزوین با گروه های دوستی در شبکه اجتماعی سنجیده شد. تعداد ۱۴۵ دانش‌آموز در ۲ مقطع تحصیلی سوم و ششم ابتدایی در سال تحصیلی ۹۸-۱۳۹۷ در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. داده‌ها از طریق معاینات بالینی و از طریق پرسشنامه معتبر جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار‌های SPSS، Exel و Gephi مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. از روش تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک رتبه‌ای و خطی برای تعیین همبستگی بین دانش و رفتارهای سلامت‌ دهان و همچنین رفتار‌های تغذیه‌ای در شبکه دوستی و دوستان صمیمی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها‌: نتایج نشان‌دهنده رابطه قوی بین شاخص‌های سلامت دهان و چاقی دانش‌آموزان و ارتباط با همسالان آنها در گروه‌های شبکه دوستی اجتماعی در مدرسه بود. به طور خاص، نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون ترتیبی همبستگی معنی‌داری را در دانش دندانپزشکی و رفتارهای غذایی در گروه های شبکه دوستی اجتماعی نشان داد (001/0p< و ضریب همبستگی=9/0). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که دوستان صمیمی هم در دانش دندانپزشکی و هم در رفتارهای کودکان دبستانی نقش معنی‌داری دارند. نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه مشخص نمود که کودکان در شبکه دوستی از یکدیگر تأثیرپذیری دارند. همچنین مشخص شد که تنها دوستان صمیمی دانش‌آموزان می‌توانند عامل مؤثری در تعیین رفتارهای بهداشت دهان دانش‌آموزان باشند. <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:right"> </pre> Background and Objectives: Oral diseases and childhood obesity are two basic health challenges in the 21st century. Although researchers have paid attention to the peer social network to solve community health problems, findings about the effects of this network on children's oral health and obesity are little. This study investigated effects of peer social network on oral health and obesity in elementary school children. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study with convenient sampling, relationships between the oral health and obesity indicators of primary school students with friendship groups in the social network were assessed. A number of 145 students participated in this study in the 3rd and 6th semesters of primary education in the academic year of 2017–2018. Data were collected through clinical examinations and valid questionnaires and assessed using SPSS, Excel and Gephi software. Rank and linear logistic regression analysis method was used to assess correlations between the knowledge and oral health behaviors as well as nutritional behaviors in the friendship network and close friends. Results: Results demonstrated strong relationships between the students’ oral health and obesity indicators and their peer connections within their social friendship network groups at school. Specifically, results of ordinal regression analysis showed significant correlations in dental knowledge and eating behaviors within social friendship network groups (p < 0.001, r = 0.9). Results showed significant roles of close friends in dental knowledge and behaviors on primary school children. Conclusion: This study has demonstrated that children are affected by each other in the friendship network.
