fa ارزشیابی کیفیت برنامه کارآموزی در عرصه تغذیه جامعه دانشجویان کارشناسی علوم تغذیه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی با استفاده از الگوی CIPP Evaluation of the Quality of the Community Nutrition Internship Program for Undergraduate Nutrition Science Students at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences Using the CIPP Model تغذيه nutrition پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: کارآموزی نقش محوری در آماده‌سازی دانشجویان تغذیه برای ورود به بازار کار دارد. با این حال، شکاف عمیق بین دانش نظری و عملی، عدم تطابق برنامه‌های آموزشی با نیازهای بازار کار و کمبود منابع کافی، از جمله چالش‌های اصلی در این حوزه هستند. بنایراین، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی کیفیت برنامه کارآموزی در عرصه تغذیه جامعه دانشجویان کارشناسی علوم تغذیه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی با استفاده از الگوی CIPP انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی-توصیفی، تمامی دانشجویان کارشناسی علوم تغذیه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی که در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 واحدهای کارآموزی در عرصه تغذیه جامعه را گذرانده بودند، به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته روا و پایا، مبتنی بر الگوی CIPP استفاده شد. این پرسشنامه شامل 50 سؤال در چهار حیطه زمینه، درون‌داد، فرآیند و محصول بود. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارSPSSv21 و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی شامل فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، و انحراف معیار مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها‌: دانشجویان وضعیت کارآموزی در عرصه‌های روستا، شهر، و شهرستان را به ترتیب با میانگین امتیاز 1/82، 9/81، و7/82 از100، در حد مطلوب ارزیابی کردند. بالاترین سطح رضایت مربوط به حیطه‌ فرآیند در کارآموزی روستا، حیطه زمینه در کارآموزی شهر، و ترکیبی از حیطه‌های فرآیند و محصول در کارآموزی شهرستان بود. در مقابل، کمترین رضایت به حیطه زمینه در کارآموزی روستا، ترکیبی از حیطه‌های ‌درون‌داد و محصول در کارآموزی شهر، و حیطه درون‌داد در کارآموزی شهرستان اختصاص یافت. هماهنگی بین دانشکده و محیط‌های کارآموزی، همراهی مربیان مجرب و برخورد مناسب آنها با دانشجویان، روش‌های آموزشی موثر، تناسب تعداد دانشجویان با امکانات، و اجرای دقیق برنامه در زمان مقرر از جمله نقاط قوت کارآموزی‌ها بودند. همچنین، برخورد مثبت مسئولین و پرسنل محیط‌های کارآموزی با دانشجویان بر کیفیت دوره افزود. با این حال، عدم تطابق کامل برنامه کارآموزی با نیازهای شغلی دانشجویان، ضعف در تمرکز بر مهارت‌های عملی ضروری، و عدم ارزیابی روزانه عملکرد دانشجویان از جمله چالش‌های موجود بودند. نتیجه گیری: ارزیابی برنامه کارآموزی در عرصه تغذیه جامعه نشان داد که دانشجویان به طور کلی از کیفیت این برنامه‌ها رضایت دارند. با این حال، برای ارتقای کیفیت کارآموزی، ضروری است که مسئولان به نیازهای شغلی دانشجویان توجه بیشتری داشته باشند و بر تقویت مهارت‌های عملی مرتبط با رشته تمرکز کنند. همچنین، ارزیابی مستمر عملکرد دانشجویان می‌تواند به بهبود کیفیت آموزش کمک شایانی کند. Background and Objectives: The internship plays a pivotal role in preparing undergraduate students of nutritional sciences for the workforce. However, a significant gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills, a mismatch between educational programs and labor market needs, and a shortage of adequate resources are among the primary challenges in this field. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the quality of community nutrition internship programs among undergraduate students of nutritional sciences at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences using the CIPP model.   Material and methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study included all undergraduate nutrition students at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences who had completed their community nutrition internship courses in the 2022-2023 academic year. The data were collected using a questionnaire developed by the researcher and based on the CIPP model, which has been demonstrated to be both valid and reliable. The questionnaire consisted of 50 questions, distributed across four domains: context, input, process, and product. The data were analyzed using SPSSv21, employing a range of descriptive statistical tests, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Results: The quality of internships in both rural and urban comprehensive health service centers, as well as the city health center, was evaluated by students as being satisfactory, with mean scores of 82.1, 81.9, and 82.7 out of 100, respectively. The highest levels of satisfaction were observed in the process domain in rural internships, the context domain in urban internships, and a combination of process and product domains in the city health center internships. Conversely, the lowest levels of satisfaction were associated with the context domain in rural internships, a combination of input and product domains in urban internships, and the input domain in the city health center internships. The internships were characterized by effective coordination between the faculty and internship sites, the presence of experienced supervisors and their positive interactions with students, effective teaching methods, adequate resources, and timely implementation of the program. Furthermore, the positive interactions with supervisors and staff at the internship sites served to further enhance the experience. However, a significant discrepancy between the objectives of the internship program and the requirements of the job market, a deficiency in the emphasis on fundamental practical competencies, and the absence of regular evaluations of student performance were among the persisting challenges. Conclusion: The evaluation of community nutrition internship programes demonstrated that students were, for the most part, satisfied with the quality of these programes. However, in order to enhance the quality of internships, it is imperative that officials prioritise students' professional development needs and focus on reinforcing practical competencies pertinent to the field.
