fa روند تربیت نیروی دکترای تخصصی علوم تغذیه در دهه گذشته در ایران: دستاوردها و چالش‌ها تغذيه nutrition پژوهشي Research <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" titr="">سابقه و هدف:</span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">برای ظرفیت‌سازی علمی و تامین نیروی انسانی متخصص با هدف ارزیابی و حل مشکلات تغذیه‌ای، یک رویکرد تلفیقی مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است. مطالعه حاضر، با هدف </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تحلیل وضعیت موجود و برون ده دوره دکترای علوم تغذیه در ایران طی دهه گذشته انجام شد.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" titr="">مواد و روش</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">‌</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" titr="">ها:</span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1403 با رویکردی ترکیبی اجرا شد. برای ارزیابی برون‌ده دوره، عنوان و خلاصه رساله، وضعیت اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان و سن،‌ جنس و کهاد انتخاب شده توسط برگه اطلاعاتی از دانش‌آموختگان و گروه‌های آموزشی محل تحصیل ایشان گرد‌آوری شدند. به منظور تحلیل چالش‌ها و عملکرد دانشگاه‌ها در تربیت دکتری تغذیه‌، 20 مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته عمیق با مطلعان کلیدی انجام شد.</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" titr="">یافته</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">‌</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" titr="">ها</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">‌</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" titr="">:</span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در یک دهه گذشته، 324 نفر از 9 دانشگاه مجری این دوره در کشور‌، فارغ‌التحصیل شده‌اند. بیشترین کهاد (زیرتخصص) انتخاب‌شده، اپیدمیولوژی، تغذیه بالینی و فارماکولوژی (به ترتیب&nbsp; 8/22% و 8/22% و 1/11%) بود. کارآزمایی‌های بالینی (7/79 %) و پس از آن مطالعات مشاهده‌ای-تحلیلی (6/14%) بیشترین نوع مطالعات اجرا شده در قالب رساله‌ها را تشکیل می دادند. از منظر از سلول تا جامعه، نزدیک به دو سوم مطالعات در حوزه انسان متمرکز بودند و مطالعات انگشت‌شماری به حوزه سلول و جامعه پرداخته بودند. طول دوره تحصیل کمتر،‌ سهولت چاپ مقاله،‌ تخصص استادان راهنما و امکانات دانشگاه از علل مؤثر بر انتخاب موضوع پایان‌نامه‌ها بود. در اولویت نبودن حل مشکلات تغذیه‌ای جامعه‌،‌ ضعف در پژوهش میان‌رشته‌ای و نبود دیدگاه سیستمیک،‌ کم‌توجهی به تولید محصول و فناوری از موانع</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پرداختن رساله‌ها به مباحث جامعه و سلول ذکر شد.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" titr="">نتیجه گیری:</span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">براساس یافته ها، نبود سیاست‌های مشخص و شفاف برای هدایت آموزش و پژوهش با توجه به نیازهای کشور، چالش جدی در برنامه تربیت دکتری تغذیه است. تغییر پارادایم تحقیقات تغذیه‌ای و هدایت دانشجویان دکترا به سمت نیازهای پژوهشی جامعه و مرزهای دانش، بعنوان اولویت‌های اصلی مورد تأکید است.</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Background and aim: </b>Capacity building and training a specialized human resourse in order to assess and provide solution(s) for the community nutrition problems, require an integrated approach. This study aimed to analyze the current situation and output of the Ph.D. program in nutritional sciences in Iran over the last decade<span b="" dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Materials and methods:</b> This cross-sectional study was performed using a mixed-method approach in 2024. The program output was measured through collecting information concerning dissertations&#39; title and abstracts, as well as the graduates&#39; employment status, age, gender, and minor (sub-specialty). The information was obtained from the graduates using an information sheet. To identify the current challenges and weakness of the nutrition Ph.D. program in the universities, twenty in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with key informants.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Results:</b> Over the past decade, a total of 324 individuals have been graduated from nine universities in Iran which offer the program. The most common minors selected by the graduates were epidemiology, clinical nutrition, and pharmacology (22.8%, 22.8%, and 11.1%, respectively). Clinical trials (79.7%) and observational-analytical studies (14.6%) were the most frequent study designs. Nearly two-thirds of dissertations focused on the organism level, with few addressing community or cell levels. Dissertation topic selection was influenced by program duration, publication opportunities, supervisor expertise, and university facilities. Main barriers in choosing cell and/or community topics included a lack of focus on community nutrition issues within the PhD program, weakness in interdisciplinary research and systemic approach, and insufficient emphasis on product-oriented approach.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Conclusion:</b> The findings reveal a lack of clear policies guiding education and research within the nutrition PhD program towards national needs.
